BeeCurate
Curated Deals Engine
Alone you are small. Curated, you are premium.
A buyer wanting Hindi news at scale cannot work with fifty small publishers, so they work with a platform instead. BeeCurate groups verified publishers into packages a buyer can actually purchase — one Deal ID, real scale, quality they can check. It needs network size to work, which is why early access means founding inventory rather than a live product.

The problem
What this is costing you right now
The brief you are too small to answer
An agency wants Hindi news, brand-safe, fifty million impressions.
The same eyeball, priced twice
An impression clears at ₹28 in the open auction.
Supply-path consolidation cuts small sellers first
Buyers are shrinking the number of paths they will transact through.
How it works
What BeeCurate actually does
No black box. Here is the whole mechanism, step by step.
BeeCurate — how it works
-
1
Only verified inventory gets in
Publishers need a passing BeeGuard grade to join a package. One poor-quality site poisons a package for everyone in it, so the entry bar protects the members more than it protects the buyer.
-
2
Inventory is grouped into things a buyer asks for
By audience from BeeData segments, by context from BeeIntel topics, and by quality tier. "Vernacular news, cricket-engaged, brand-safe" is a purchase order. "Some Indian websites" is not.
-
3
Packages go live as Deal IDs
Each package is published as a Deal ID on partner SSP paths with an auto-generated buyer one-pager: audience, scale, quality methodology, inclusion criteria.
-
4
Buyers activate, budget flows in
Agencies and desks buy the deal the way they buy any other. Spend is distributed pro-rata by delivered impressions across the package members.
-
5
You see curated against open, side by side
BeeScope shows what your curated impressions earned versus your open-auction ones, with the curated fee shown as a line rather than netted away.
- Scale you cannot reach alone packaged across publishers
- BeeGuard grade required one bad site poisons it
- Fee disclosed up front no hidden take
- Opt out any time per package
In context
Where BeeCurate sits on your page
The same slot you already run — sold through a Deal ID a buyer chose, instead of into the open auction.
Nothing changes on your page. What changes is which buyers can find this impression and what they are willing to pay for it.
Specifications
Full technical specification
Publishers compare specifications, not adjectives. Everything is here, including what depends on partners we do not control.
Packages & quality
| Package taxonomy | Audience packages (cricket-engaged, auto-intenders, finance readers), context packages (vernacular news IN, business, entertainment), and quality tiers. Inclusion criteria are published, not opaque — a buyer who cannot see what is in a package prices it as if the worst site in it is typical. |
|---|---|
| Quality bar | Passing BeeGuard grade, a viewability floor, and MFA-clean status. All three, checked continuously rather than at onboarding. |
Rails & pricing
| Deal rails |
Deal ID creation on partner SSP paths. Seat and business-development dependent — this needs commercial agreements we do not yet hold, and the launch list will be whatever has actually been signed rather than what we hope for.
|
|---|---|
| Pricing | Per-package floor strategy coordinated with BeeFloor, plus an auto-generated buyer one-pager per package covering audience, scale, quality methodology and inclusion criteria. |
Economics & governance
| Distribution |
Spend distributed pro-rata by delivered impressions across package members. The arithmetic is visible in BeeScope — a curation layer that will not show you the split is one you should not join.
|
|---|---|
| Fees |
The curated fee is disclosed up front as a stated percentage, shown as its own line in BeeScope rather than netted out of your revenue. No hidden take — this is structural, and it is the only reason a publisher should trust a curation layer with their inventory.
|
| Opt-out | Leave any package at any time, per package, without leaving the others or BeeOS. No notice period. |
| Governance | Automatic suspension from packages if your BeeGuard grade drops, with an appeal path and a fix checklist. A package-health dashboard shows every member where the package stands. One bad site can poison the whole package, so this protects you from the others as much as them from you. |
Some capabilities depend on third-party approvals and platform policies that are not ours to promise. Where that is the case, the spec above says so explicitly.

Every number below is an industry benchmark published by a third party. BeeOS has not shipped, so none of these are results we have produced.
Expected eCPM on impressions that clear through a curated deal benchmark 1
Applies to deal-cleared impressions only. That share starts near zero and grows with the network — the honest version of this product is a bet on scale.

What this product needs before it works at all
Three publishers is not a package. Early access = founding inventory.
Disclosed
The curated fee, as a stated percentage, shown as its own line
Structural. A curation layer that hides its take is one to avoid.
Being straight with you: Be clear-eyed about the sequencing on this one. The uplift applies to impressions that clear through a deal, and early on that share will be small or zero because the packages will not have the scale buyers require. This product gets better as more publishers join, which means the first members are contributing to something they will benefit from later rather than buying something that works today. That is a real ask and we would rather say it here than have you discover it in month two.
